In order to provide lower prices all around prices in the catalog now DO NOT include postage. Postage is now calculated by weight and shipping method selected. The new shopping cart system automatically calculates postage for you and will give you the different shipping options available to you upon checkout.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
the following shipping options are for U.S. orders only and are available for both On-line and Postal Mail Ordering.
If you are from outside of the U.S. it is easiest for you to contact us through email (catchphrazerecs_@hotmail.com) with a list of the stuff that you want and we can let you know the different shipping options available to you to ensure you get the best price possible.

ON-LINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
OK..here is what to do if you want to order some records using the shopping cart system.
Step 1
Browse through the catalog on-line and when you come to an item you would like to order click the "Add to cart" button for that item.
That item will then be added to your shopping cart and you can select the quantity that you want of an item, etc.
Click the "Add to cart" button for every item that you want to order and it will make a list of your items in your shopping cart.
Step 2
When you have all the stuff that you want to order check the Shipping Options and add any extra shipping features that you want to add (Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, Priority Mail, Etc.).
Step 3
When you have all the stuff that you want to order click the "Begin Checkout" button in your shopping cart and it will begin the ordering process.
Step 4
The shopping cart system will automatically calculate the postage for you and give you your shipping options and prices once you have entered in your shipping information. Select the shipping method that you would like to use and the payment method you will be using. Currently we can only accept online payments through Paypal. if you already have a Paypal account, you will have to log in and it will guide you through the rest of the checkout process. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay through Paypal with or without opening an account. Just follow the steps and it will guide you through everything very easily.
Step 5
Confirm your payment and you're done! Once we receive your payment we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your payment was received. All on-line orders for vinyl, cd's, buttons, zines, shirts and patches are sent out within 1 - 2 business day after we receive your payment. Orders involving tapes and videos can take a day or 2 extra to be sent because we usually make the tapes as we get the orders for them, but in some cases we have extras already made and the order will go out in the same amount of time as vinyl/cd only orders.
For orders that have delivery confirmation, insurance, or orders shipped via UPS - once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to let you know the tracking number for your order.
Before placing an online order please read this!!!
All order placed on-line through PayPal must come from a confirmed address. This means that your shipping address is the same as your billing address for the credit card that you are using. Orders placed from unconfirmed addresses will be rejected and will not be shipped.
Currently on-line ordering is available for U.S. customers ONLY, this includes Canada.

Security of on-line orders: Our PayPal shopping cart system uses a Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Additionally, PayPal will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties, nor will they share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties.
REGULAR MAIL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
OK..this just got way easier thanks to the new shopping cart system. The new shopping cart will automatically calculate postage cost and options for you so just follow the steps below to figure out the cost of your order.
Follow all the same steps as above for online ordering all the way up to Step 4 but do not proceed past that step. Simply select the shipping method that you would like to use and the shopping cart will calculate your total cost for your order. From there just print out that page and send your payment along with the print out.
As far as payment options go...If you are sending cash then it is at your own risk so make sure you hide it well and that you use US funds only please. As far as checks/money order go - payment must be made out to either Shelly Delbridge or Eric Corder NOT Catchphraze. If you make out a check/money order to Catchphraze we can not cash it and it will be sent back to you without your order.
All checks and money orders must also be drawn in US funds only please.
All personal checks will be subject to a two week waiting period to make sure that the check is not going to bounce. If your check bounces you will be charged any fees that we receive because of the bad check and you will not receieve your order until these fees are paid. Please make sure you actually have the money if you intend to write a personal check!
From there put your list of stuff you want, along with your payment and your shipping address, in an envelope. Make sure to include your address inside the order so that we know where to send your order! Once you put this stuff together, seal it in an envelope, add the appropriate postage and address/mail it to:

The prices listed on-line and in our catalog DO NOT include postage. For orders from outside the U.S. it is usually easier, and cheaper, if you email us and let us know what you want to order and what country you are from. This way we can figure out the best, and least expensive, possible shipping options available to you.
Currently we only accept payment for orders from outside of the U.S. by either Money Orders drawn in U.S. funds or by U.S. currency cash. On-line ordering is not currently available for orders from outside the U.S. (we are working on changing that but for right now it's only available for U.S. orders).
Other shipping options, such as insurance, registered mail, etc. are available for orders from outside the U.S. so if you want any of these services for your order let us know and we'll let you know how much extra those services cost.
OTHER MISC. ORDERING INFORMATION
We cannot be held responsible for delays and/or mistakes that the post office makes. If you want to ensure the safety and security of your order we suggest that you purchase either Insurance, Delivery Confirmation, or both for your order. For more information on these service please check the Shipping Options listed at the top of this page. If you chose not to use one of these services, and it's been more than a month since you sent off your order and it has not arrived yet (foreign orders may take a bit longer depending on your shipping choice - surface mail for foreign orders can take up to 2 - 3 months to arrive sometimes), please write us and we will let you know when your order went out and try to clear up any worries or problems.
