WHAT IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION? Delivery Confirmation is a service offered by the Postal Service that allows you to be able to track your package from point of mailing to point of delivery or attempted delivery. Using the Track and Confirm Tool on the USPS webpage, or by taking your delivery confirmation # in to your local post office, you can Verify the date, time and ZIP Code of delivery online! If your package was unable to be delivered, for whatever reason (no-one home to receive it, too big to fit in your box, etc.), you will be able to track the date and time of attempted delivery to ensure your order's safety. Essentially, it is a way to make it easier for you to know where your package is and when it will arrive and helps to make shipping your order more secure.
All orders that add delivery confirmation to their order will receive an email from us after your package has been shipped to let you know your delivery confirmation number so you can track your order at any time.

WHAT IS INSURANCE?
Insurance is offered by the U.S. Postal Service to provide extra security for items of value for up to $5,000. If your insured package is lost, damaged or stolen during delivery you can recover the value of the package by filing an insurance claim at your local post office. It is important that you insure your package only for what its contents are worth because you’re only covered for the actual value of the package. So if you put $5,000 worth of insurance on a $5 item you're not going to get $5,000 back if the item is lost or damaged, you'll get $5. Get it? Insurance is another way that we are trying to provide you with more options to make your order safe and secure.
